Hi, I am Navneet and I would like to tell you a little bit about myself.
I am an international cabin crew by profession, happily married and a mother. With over two decades of experience in the aviation industry and a stint as a trainer in the corporate world, I have had the benefit of seeing customer service & people in a whole new light. I have learnt how to make loyal customers out of random people.
To those who love aviation, the sky is home! My flying career has helped me understand different cultures while interacting with a great mix of people, focus attention on the importance of social graces as well as keeping me abreast of the latest international trends. It also taught me how to manage time and balance my personal & professional life.
The yearning to learn something new turned me towards the corporate world in previous years, where I developed my training skills and went on to coach senior managers & executives in communication and soft skills. In recent years, I further upskilled myself by completing my certification in Image Management under the exhaustive curriculum of Image expert, Judith Rasband.
I combine my knowledge, training and service industry skills to help you reinvent yourself, control the impact of your appearance on you, on others and help you in the accomplishment of your goals.
